"This high-scoring speciality coffee is grown by a small farmers association located in Pitalito, in the Huila region of Columbia. The El Bombo association are committed to prioritising sustainability and organic farming in all their sought-after speciality coffees.

The Pitalito region is Colombia’s largest coffee-producing district. Colombia itself is at the fore of speciality coffee; it is the world’s largest producer of washed Arabica beans. Much variation exists, as we’d expect, but it is widely accepted that Huilan coffee is top amongst Colombia’s finest. The volcanic soil and favourable high altitudes frequently create award-winning cups; beautiful coffees with bright acidity and the sweetness of stone fruits, chocolate and caramel."
